Cocoa Connoisseur takes great pride in delivering delicious, quality products. From the time an order is placed to when it arrives to your doorstep, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Each order is carefully inspected before it is shipped; however, if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase feel free to contact us.

  Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-hours and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday. Only Overnight/Next Day delivery orders will ship on Thursdays to prevent orders from being stored by the shipper over the weekend. Orders received on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Keep in mind, during warm weather months Cocoa Connoisseur requires overnight/2nd air shipping for all products that are sensitive to heat conditions. This policy is to ensure the safety and integrity of your product when it arrives.

At Cocoa Connoisseur, we require all orders to be signed for upon delivery. So, make sure you use a shipping address where someone will be present to sign and receive your shipment. At this time, we are not shipping to post office boxes or to international residents. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  Summer Shipping Policy

To protect the integrity of your chocolate orders, we recommend:

• Shipping to a location where a person is present to receive your order.
• Selecting "Overnight", "2 Business Day" or "3 to 4 Business Day" delivery service.
• Ordering Monday through Wednesday. Orders received late Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
• Checking the "Weather Status" notice on each product for the appropriate shipping method.
• Heat sensitive products travel best in temperatures 80° F or below.
